The Commercial

REPLACE WITH COMMER PHOTO

Commercial builds and tenant improvements start with an extensive planning phase—often taking months to carefully map out every detail. This involves collaboration with architects and a full engineering team, including specialists in structural, mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and even landscape design. Once the plans are complete, they’re submitted to the city for review and approval. After that, we move into the bidding phase and then on to construction. While commercial projects are typically larger in scale, the build process shares many similarities with residential construction—just with more layers and coordination behind the scenes.
