In this initial discussion we will gather information that will help us get to know you and your vision. We know the thought of building can be overwhelming. We’ve created a process with a dedicated team that will guide you through each step.

Step 2

Develop the Dream
This is where your vision starts taking shape. In this step, we walk you through important decisions: drafting your house plans, defining the key elements of your home, house placement on your lot and setting a comfortable budget. This will establish a strong foundation for the journey ahead.

Step 3

Design & Select
Now that we’ve captured your vision for design, we start the detailed process of choosing all the fun selections that personalize your home. In this step, we are going to work through the specifics from lighting to flooring. As part of our service, we have a dedicated team member that will guide you through every step - helping you feel confident that your selections align with your vision.

Step 4

Build & Belong
The excitement upon starting construction on a new home build is palpable. We add to the excitement of this adventure by holding a groundbreaking ceremony–gold shovels and all. As we bring your dream home to life, we’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates using our project management software and scheduled milestone walkthroughs. During these walkthroughs you will see how our organized building approach leads to staying on schedule and within budget without jeopardizing quality. Our team understands the value of communication and we answer our phones!

and finished our Fruitland home in 2022. After almost 3 years, we still couldn’t be happier with our house. From start to finish, Chet was on site, working with each and every contractee. Any issues were quickly solved. We made a lot of small changes to the original plan. Most builders are reluctant to make such changes or make it a big issue. Not Chet! Even building during the COVID shutdowns and supply shortages caused minimal slowdowns.
