Cut the overhead,

not the quality!

Flowchart with four steps: Planning, City Review & Approval, Bidding, Construction. Each step has an icon: a gear and clipboard, a checklist, a hand holding a bid sign, and a construction worker with a checkmark.

Commercial builds and tenant improvements start with an extensive planning and design phase. This involves collaboration with architects and various engineering teams – civil, structural, mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing), electrical, and even landscape design.

Unlike larger firms where everything feels transactional, at Fortify we understand that your building is a reflection of your brand. When you build with Fortify we tailor our services to align with your business goals. This will help attract customers through the image, flow and functionality of your building.

Once the plans are drafted and engineered, they will be submitted through the designated city’s review and approval team. Simultaneously, we move into the bid phase where we will work with you to develop a project budget.

Now on to our favorite part – the construction phase. While commercial projects are typically larger in scale, the build process shares many similarities with residential construction. We combine our residential expertise with our commercial experience to walk you through the additional layers and coordination that comes with building larger projects.
